The color of the blip on the radar actually better matches Santerro_Bonano's username. Do you have any footage/screenshot where I can actually see his nametag?

No, it was obiviously Richard_Paradise, the other player's color seems the exact, just because he was right next to him... afterwards i checked him when he was espacing and he skins were the same...

So, the player mentioned above is the hacker, not the other one...

But watching it afterwards, it's suspicious... but i remember of Richard_Paradise...

edit: after some behind the scenes digging I've found that Santerro hasn't played any DMs however, so it must have been Richard.
