The player's screen becomes bugged when they timeout during the blackscreen phase when being chosen as hunter. You're not able to get this problem solved by using the kill command.

It's not really a script bug. It's just how SA-MP handles things. Many weird issues can be caused by pausing/time-outing, and fixing them all would be too time consuming for too little gain. Simply don't pause during the freeze timer in a minigame, and if someone happens to do it, a simple relog which takes 20 seconds will fix it.
