Description of bug: A couple of months ago I would start hotpursuit normally and would be totally be pissed off, finding some people get in front of me when I'm a suspect while still frozen during the timer. I've always thought that was some kind of a hack, only to be able to do it myself since like 2 days ago. I have completely no clue as to how this is happening, my game seems to completely ignore the timer, I just press on Z and the car moves. Now I know that this can happen using a noclip cheat but trust me, I wouldn't post a bug report if it was done with any kind of 3rd party mod, this is really a bug and the correct thing to do is to report it so it's not abused.
Any idea how to replicate the bug?: No idea whatsoever..

You very clearly have mods, so those could easily be causing this (such as the aforementioned freecam). If this happened with a fresh vanilla game it'd be different case altogether. If we can't reproduce the bug in any way then there's nothing we can do. I have played Hot Pursuit loads (#1 cop on the scoreboard) ever since the servers launch years ago, and not once has this happened to me, or any other admins or people I know don't cheat.

Well I mainly use the server to test out skin mods and so on, but I do enjoy playing hotpursuit once in a while.
Coming back to your reply, I've never heard of an "aforementioned freecam", but I just searched it on google and I very clearly don't have that. What I have (cam related) is a camhunt/camhack which I use for screenshots. I personally don't think it affects the hotpursuit, I mean I've had the same camhunt mod since months and months, while the freeze timer is only bugged for me lately. This is a list of all the CLEO mods I have installed:
AnimFlashLight (animation that allow my player to put his hand on his holster when I press spacebar+9, which I use for my police RP)
ELM(no need to explain)
A bunch of anims of Vegeta (you know the weird anims where he shakes his head and all, well I use the ones that are good for RP, like leaning back, nodding... ect)
ccontrol (The car stays at the same speed when I press "=")
Dance (Dancing cleo)
Fixwheelturnback (You probably know it aswell)
GtaIVaddon (It's a combination of zonetext+HP/Armour Info)

Mix Sets (I honestly don't know what this is, I got it in a +FPS pack)

pricel (Allow me to keep aiming while I type in the chat, also used for police RP)
sitmod (I just press on a button and my character sits)
skinchange (I press on page down + 1/2/3 ect and the skin I see on my screen changes) (just for me not for others)
radarzoom (When I press on a certain button, the radar zooms out, as if my vehicle is at full speed, I mostly use it to see positions on the GPS instad of having to go to the map with ESC)
reloading (press R and I reload)
Render (Apparently makes the game more beautiful without losing FPS)
StopAnyAnim (When I press on alt+N any animation is canceled, this is a good mod because every server I play on has a different built-in key to stop animations, with this I don't have to keep guessing which one it will be, I just hit alt+N and I'm good to go)

WalksByVegeta (Displays different walks like gangster 1/2 prostitute 1/2 when I press on spacebar + 1/2/3)
WeaponZoom (Zooms with the weapon like a scope when I'm aiming, activated with the mousewheel)

I'm not trying to prove anything here, I'm obviously not cheating, I'm just wondering, just like you which mod could be causing this? Perhaps make it illegal in the server. Thanks for taking time reading through all of this, my game is hella stacked with mods indeed, I'm just really trying to help out find this problem (And I guess this isn't a server sided bug, and then again I hope you can help me find what's causing it from my side)

I just saw that I got banned for this and it's understandable I guess. I talked with Kinzie over PMs, tried to convince him that I had no cheats whatsoever, and just to be sure I posted this bug report because I really really thought it's a bug. I'm not gonna post an unban appeal yet, I am now quite convinced that the problem isn't server sided, so I wish that you help me find which mod is breaking the timer. Now again, I had no intentions to cheat whatsoever, in fact, MSR is and always has been, for me, the best freeroam server (ever since I got back to SAMP, a year ago) and I use it daily for different reasons like simulating scenes with my cousin on private worlds over on voice chat, trying cars/skins/timecycs/colormods ect... Taking screenshots for RP server threads and the list goes on. But never has cheating/testing cheats been on this list. I litterally cherich this server, and it makes no sense at all for me to cheat. I have a mod that causes this? Sure okay, but I didn't know about it until now so I hope you wouldn't close this topic since it's already created it, and let's try to sort out the issue in my game.
