Update of 6th of April, 2016.

1. Crime Report message plays when suspect is visible on radar in Hot Pursuit.
2. Minigames now display the best players in their info boxes.
3. /savepos can now be used to set spawn.
4. Many bugfixes and improvements.

This update will take effect after a server restart.
