What has the player done: The player used airbreak and weaponhacks. As you can see, he is seen nowhere, and shooting at the suspect's car. Firstly I though that the suspect is shooting at my car. But when I realised that the bullets are hitting the suspect's car as well, then I thought that it must be an officer, who is hacking. When the suspect died, though I shot at him, I didn't kill him, but the mentioned player, thus, he had to be flying and shooting at the same time. He was a few meters above us.
