Update of 4th of June, 2016.

Quote

1. Vehicle Spawning pickup added in spawn.
2. New race, "Jesterson", added
3. DM spawns made more random to try to avoid players spawning into eachother.
4. TDM spawns made more random to try to avoid players spawning into eachother.
5. Fixes and performance improvements.


Update will take an effect after the restart.
