I admitted to hacking in the top one)) I was aimbot hacking,extreme cbug, ECT hacking i and stoped hacking for a long time then i got banned for health refill i dont even got that as a hack.

Every ban is a player ban, and you shouldn't assume otherwise. But since you've been ban evading, hacking again, even though you've been banned and joined back from a different IP, and thinking like it is fine to do so, I'll have to close this ban appeal.
