1. Added visible boundries to world 0 spawn area
2. Completely redesigned /BIND, allowing for multiple binds (3 for regulars, 6 for premiums), different keys and combinations
3. Added /FACE <north/east/south/west/degrees> to change your facing angle
4. Added /LP, as a shortcut for /LOADPOS
5. Hunger Games branch of Reloaded AntiCheat now enabled
6. Added 60 new loot spawns in Hunger Games.

2. Increased Hunger Games hunger depletion rate
3. Reduced the damage recieved from raditation in Hunger Games
4. Shotgun now given to suspect in Hot Pursuit
5. Suspect's Desert Eagle ammo lowered by half in Hot Pursuit
