The fact that this occured in the same Hot Pursuit session as the other cheater report you made earlier makes me think the other, obvious cheater had something to do with this. This guy seems rather surprised about having a nitro and its too much of a coincidence that there would be two cheaters using NOS hack in same Hot Pursuit.
Not to mention that I played Hot Pursuit with this same guy like an hour later and he didn't seem to have any cheats then.
I won't ban this guy yet, but we will be keeping a close eye on him.
