Your ingame name: blu
Description of bug: Let an actor play any animation and you'll see after some time that only one remains with an animation, the other actors are just standing still. I thought that I'd be the only one facing this problem, but apparently, I'm not because some others are facing it either.
Any idea how to replicate the bug?: Stated above.
Screenshots / Videos: I don't really think that a screenshot is needed.

I did some testing and it is something else.. It's not time based, but instead it's about you going far enough for them to stream out. Once they've done that animations are reset. I could try to re-apply the animation when the actor streams in for a player. Unfortunately I can't do this for non-looping animations as it resets it regardless, and will make the character repeat the animation when somebody walks in the area.

For these kinds of things you should provide a video instead of a vague description of the bug.

Go place some actors, give those actors animations (without using the noclip feature), turn on the noclip feature, do some screenshots or whatsoever and turn it off. Once you go back to the position, you'll just see 1 actor playing an animation, the other actors are just standing still. Not to mention, if you try to give them another animation they will continue to stand still without doing any animation. Same goes for any other actor you are placing afterward, they won't do any animation unless you reconnect and place some new actors in your private world.

That would be great.

I'm pretty sure that most of the players are just using looped animations. I think that the best solution would be to not walk out of the chunk where the actors are placed at.

Like I said in some other topics; I'm not owning any sort of recording program such as Fraps or Shadowplay, therefore I cannot provide any video material to you. Either way, it's kinda useless to post a screenshot of peds doing absolutely nothing but standing still lol.

That explains it. /noclip can't keep you in the same location and you're teleported out of the area. Therefore they reset.

You might want to get a tool like CamHack/CamHunt to forget about it altogether.
