Why should you be unbanned?: For starters; the parkour mod is harmless, all I was doing is just jumping farther, I wasn't doing backflips, I wasn't running up walls I was just jumping farther to get to someone faster seeing as, what's the big issue? Did I rapidfire people? No.
My NoSpread; that's incorrect. There was a small altercation with AlmightyPhantom who I know OOCly and was telling me about my videos. I just clearly stated I do infact use those in my videos seeing as, what's the big deal right, I go on another DM server and use them.
So I get banned for admitting to hacking on my videos, I really don't get it, multiple hackers fly through your server and I get banned for just telling someone I use hacks in my videos? Kinda weird and irritating seeing as all I was doing is killing people just like others was doing me, so clearly I wasn't using any other 'Help' unlike Parkour.
Oh and yes, I did Evade, just to cuss the admin out who banned me seeing as, how about doing some of your own investigation to find out if I was really hacking and not just taking someones word like you did in the chat.

I saw and read your replies to Yae, so I know exactly what I mean when you're being one sided here, you claimed I was using Anti Stun, when infact I was not, I was still getting shot and getting the flinch animation but everytime I went head to head with you, you get killed and I get stunned right after, did you even try Spectating me? I doubt it, you went with your gut and banned the wrong damn person but I guess. I mostly use the server to map houses etc, either way, if I do use parkour what's the big deal? I was just finished recording a video of my montages lol.. I'm literally using the server for what its for..

I don't know what actually happened, but parkour mod ISN'T harmless and is bannable if you use it in events or deathmatch zones as it gives you movement advantage, both in the speed and the ability to reach places. Also you shouldn't have ban evaded and should have gone for ban appeal straight away, but instead you thought it would be a good idea to stack up offenses and ban evaded. If you get unbanned this is going to make the punishment harsher.

I'll talk with Almighty about this and I'll come up with a verdict.

This all started because we noticed that cars in Hot Pursuit were being pushed around with no collision like as if someone rammed straight through all of them this was spotted by another admin so i went in took a look for myself i didn't notice anything quickly, but once i saw you using parkour mods to leap faster to get away from the police that's when i could of banned you. but i gave you the benefit of the doubt thinking it could of been out of mistake or habit without noticing. after that we headed over to /DM where people were accusing you of having aimbot and other hacks, upon spectating you i noticed that a few of your shots were silent then followed by loud shots this a common issue with "SilentAim.CS"  but once again i gave you the benefit of the doubt and thought you didn't have Aimbot but simply no spread as you landed every single shot every single time. the second to third shot's of the Deagle are almost never spot on unless you are up close or get lucky but most of the time it will miss as for anti-stun shots to the stomach and legs will result in a stun most of the time you did the animations on my screen but continued to shoot and move around while in the animation.  The fact that you stated you only hack in your videos, is out of all honesty BS. You are telling me you are willing to hack on RP servers ETC. which are filled with admins and remove every single hack to play on a movie server which most movie servers are known to never have active admins? after the ban you came back insulting me saying i was a "Fat Nerd from Russia" which just made it worst i'd never ban anyone without a solid reason behind it.

so explain why you deserve an unban after you insulted evaded and used illegal modifications in minigames?

That's on Banks DM. I used Fastweapon and spread in that video, hence AlmightyPhantom (Who is also in the video) Was telling me about hacking in my videos. Everyone knows when I go on Banks I hack, and also no, I do not remove my hacks for a movie server seeing as its a Movie server, not a RP server. I also was not using Anti Stun, I was getting hit, I was getting stunned. I was surprised that was even mentioned seeing as I was just jumping far and shooting. I wasn't using SilentAim.cs I don't even know what that is, I heard of Pooraim and some other hack with FastAim I guess? Anyway, I don't use aimbot, it was my FastWeapon hack I was using to troll Yae (Who I know OOCly aswell we were on Teamspeak) and he was getting mad, so I kept using it. That's why you heard a silent and loud shot, not because of a SilentLoudAim or whatever. Yes, I was using Spread and Parkour, those are the only ones I can really admit to seeing as it was obvious...I did jump far, I did use spread and FastWeapon to shoot as if I was C bugging but I was not. Hope it clears it up. Also; I should be unbanned seeing as I'm really just trying to make my Maps again.

So you were using nospread afterall. This is just a poor case and you have not shown any initiative to get unbanned.
