Suggestion:

My suggestion consist in rewards for players(non-admins).The rewards will be given for only players who report with a valid reason.The rewards will make the players to be more responsible and giving a help to admins.The rewards will be small(2 or 3 score and +2000 or +5000 cash),but will increase the number of reports and will make the players aware that their help is appreciated.ONLY valid reports will be rewarded.
The admins who are in-game will should to accept the reward for the player who has reported "x" with a good reason.

Why should we add this?:

this will improve a bit the security of the server against of hackers.

If players choose not to report that's their own loss. The function of them being able to report someone ruining their game and having us, the admins, take care of it for them with no charge is a reward on its own.

I really don't see why players should be rewarded for making valid reports, if anything it would cause players to report for the stupidest reasons and trample over eachother to earn some score.

I can see how this could very easily be abused. Players would report others for any reason just to get a bit more score. I see what you're trying to suggest, but this is not the way to do it.
