1. Fixed spelling and grammar in some text messages. (Thanks to SmithRussia)
2. Minimum amount of race participants lowered to 2.
3. Added /stopstream for players to stop audio stream.
4. /Numberplate moved to dialogs, which will allow custom plate colours to be used.
5. Added /clock - Singleplayer clock which advances time.
6. Server rules are automatically displayed after registring.
7. Added Hot Pursuit UI displaying players and their nametag state, time left, suspect's location and the name of the Suspect.
8. Added /unlock shortcut /ul.
9. Added Police vehicles (Maverick and Coastguard) to Hot Pursuit.
10. Added /abj and /aspank for all your sexual needs. (Thanks to kinky Fingerman)
11. Fixed a bug which would break Hot Pursuit (Thanks to [S.V.G]Snow)
12. Bugfixes and other improvements.
