Hello, I'm pretty sure I've checked all of the 145 /itele but I can't find this house interior:

Do you guys have any idea? It's important for me to find it.

Not sure why it's not listed under /itele's, but you can easily enter this interior from this house in Willowfield. Just /savepos after you're in and you can /loadpos back at any time.

Thank you very much, is there a command to hide the yellow pickups so they don't show up inside the interior?

Unfortunately it is not possible to disable them without disabling them for all players and only possible on server start up. It is possible to develop a custom implementation of these, but that causes issues like NPCs in shops/casinos not being there anymore.
