Why should you be unbanned?: because i'm the player who have played for 3 years and i was happy as a part of the server. To take screenshots, i really need to join again that server.

Try connecting once again and checking if you're still banned. This is an infamous recurrent bug of connection which has nothing to do with us. If this reoccurs, we'll be needing your ban ID. Normally it would be shown upon connection, but then again, you're not connected to the server on the screenshot you've provided.
