Why should you be unbanned?: I did not HH or use lag.cs. It has to be obviously a misunderstanding. As we all know with movieserver it has alot of lag you can hit people and they wont take damage. This is obviously the situation so here i am waiting to be unbanned. I love playing movieserver for its hot pursuits and its DMs. I would not hack and if you can take a look into my damage logs it would not show multiple gsw and no health be taken away. I'm not a hacker and i understand this is a misunderstanding i would just like this to be taken care of so i can hop back on and play since movie server is one of my favorite samp servers. I know accidents happen a PM would of been nice instead of a ban but obviously he does not care about me coming back or having to make a entire forum acc just to talk about how this is a misunderstanding. Like i said, accidents happen. People make judgement calls and it is what it is. But i'm not a healthhacker nor a lag.cs user and that is it. I will be waiting to be unbanned now.

In this day and age of Shadowplay it's not wise to lie. You were consistently not taking damage, even before I went into DM myself to test you numerous times. Your ping was fine and you didn't have any packetloss.
So, what really happened?
Funny how you say PM so toggle it, man fuck out of here. The fuck would i hack on a movie server for? Then your talking about ping. The server has lag regardless of my ping or anybody elses ping. That is just the case. I'm telling you you could easily check my damages but you dont want to do that, because you know im right. Because if you checked my damages it it saw me taking multiple shots and not losing health thats one thing. But i know for a fact if you check the damage log it would not show that. You really just don't want to look into it and say oh we got shadowplay. That shit dont matter. There is numerous of occasions on movieserver when people get shot and dont lose health and they arent hacking. Its the fucking server and its lag. But you really want to call me out for some shit when i did nothing wrong without even giving me the benefit of the doubt when your evidence of this "shadowplay" does not show shit. When your desynced and you get shot you will not LOSE health. I guess being desynced makes you a hacker in 2020. What a fucking joke. Like i said, i'll be waiting to be unbanned as i did not hack. If you want to actually do your job then you can do one of two things. Either check my damage logs and look what it says, or unban me and give me the benefit of the doubt. Oh no man. There's a difference between consistently not taking damage as a result of a cheat and regular lag caused issue. And this is the first one. We have no obligation to show benefit of doubt, especially when there's solid evidence against you. Also I will not accept attitude in your ban appeal.

Defensive attitude like this just proves my point. If your defense is ''why the fuck would I hack?'' then this is a closed case.
Yes, SA-MP is imperfect and sometimes theres lag that causes shots not to sync. But it doesn't consistently happen over and over and over again for a specific player. I tested you MULTIPLE times, more than I showed in the video. It was not lag. I've been administrating for years, I think I know better.
What are you talking about when you say "check my damages" "check the damage log"? This is not a roleplay server, we don't have a server-sided custom value damage system, as there is no need for it.
And clearly you're the one who doesn't know shit and don't know your terms. If you're DESYNCED, you'd stay that way until a relog. Meaning as soon as you get streamed in/out once, I/other players would no longer see you. And it goes both ways, so you'd no longer see everyone else too. But you were just fine even after multiple respawns.
Your ping was fine, you had no packetloss, the server performance was optimal - no-one else was having any isuses. Even assuming that a shot or two were caused by SA-MP's imperfections, you still took no damage consistently in more than 10 cases. So I'm not buying this shit.
So yeah, if you want even the slightest chance of an unban, change your attitude and come back in a week.
