If you have been confirmed to have been a hacker or your appeal is otherwise unsolvable, you can still get unbanned by posting a picture. You need to take a piece of paper and write on it "I will not cheat on MSR" 50 times, along with your username and date.

Unfortunately Evil was not aware of your past ban history and what I had said to you.
I already told you that your chances are up, you had plenty of them. I told you that you're not getting unbanned.
First time, you got banned, then lied in your ban appeal and we still gave you a chance and unbanned you.
After that, you cheated again and got caught. Once again you made a ban appeal and lied. It was denied. You made another, lied again.
I already said I believe in second chances, not third however. Don't bother making another ban appeal.
