Hi, I understand that you were not aware of the rules and did not think you were breaking them. However, changing your handling is considered cheating, so the rules apply. To get unbanned, you will have to write 50 times "I will not cheat on MSR" on a sheet of paper with your username and the ban ID, thanks!

If you have been confirmed to have been a hacker or your appeal is otherwise unsolvable, you can still get unbanned by posting a picture. You need to take a piece of paper and write on it "I will not cheat on MSR" 50 times, along with your username and date.
