Anyway, your ban was an automatic ban by the anticheat for using a hack that teleports you quickly between cars/throws them at players. It doesn't randomly happen on it's own.
I understand. but I don't use hacks, I just record my videos, understand the server and great for that! outside I was in a friend only world I would like to know if I can be unbanned

If no hacks were used you wouldn't have been banned. As I already mentioned the anticheat banned you for carswapping. In all 8 years of existence I've not seen someone get falsely banned for carswapping by the anticheat.
If you are innocent, can you please explain exactly what you were doing before you got banned?
