Same problem with Ilir , We are in the same street and we have the same problem.
One can't get banned without playing so this smells like a whole load of bullshit. Also, how come you're from Macedonia when this person http://forum.reloadedserver.com/index.php/topic,234.0.html who is banned for appearently the same reasons under the same ban ID happens to live in Albania?
