Well, this has been my first time trying to connect to this server, helping a friend out with a movie and it says that I'm ISP banned.
I've never played in this server, so there's no reason for me to be banned.
Well for starters log in game and it will tell you your ban ID. Fill it out correctly. Secondly, be honest. The administration WILL not unban you if you're lying. They will play dumb to try to get you to slip so being honest is the best thing to do.

There is no ban ID for ISP bans, as they are rare.
You've been banned because either you, or someone else using the specific Internet Service Provider hacked and ban evaded on multiple occasions.

I suppose that it may be because we've got a really small IP range in my country, which means that it is really likely to cross IPs with someone else - who has probably been banned.
Even if what you claim is true, how can we know you're not the guy who got banned and just ban evading now?
