Your name: Alexander Vialpando.
Suggestion: My suggestion is to have a ding noise when you hit someone in any /dm maps. I'd like to know whether or not I hit someone and it really doesn't serve as any disadvantages.
Why should we add this?: You should add this because it's nice to know whether or not you hit someone in a DM event. Apologies for the poor explanation.
/support!
If it is added, It's going to only be toggleable and off by default, and can be enabled using a command. Suggestions for the command are more than welcome.
A simple and easy command that can be toggled on and off without having to stand there and type a lengthy command would be fit. Something like /ding maybe?
/hs - standing for hit sound. You could add /hs as an abbreviation for /hitsound, but script both.
Support, I'd like this.

That's the best idea I've heard so far. /ding just sounds like something from this song:

Okay, This WILL be added in the next update. Now the question is, should the sound be played when you shoot a player (on your own screen) or when the player you shoot at gets hit (their screen) ?

I think they meant the first one.

The thing on your own screen shouldn't matter as much as knowing if your shot hit on the other persons' screen. You can determine if you hit a player with the blood splatter on your own screen. That would just make this function redundant. I feel like it's much more beneficial if you know whether or not you actually hit the person you hit on your own screen. This would also crack down on HP hackers, as you'd now know if they actually got hit, and determine if they're cheating. /hs could as well be used for reports and be a valid evidence of health hacks.
Feature Added, will be in the next server update.
