What do you mean by that?
If you mean you want to spawn more actors, then 15 is the limit for non-premiums. As for the /bind, please clarify.

For example, to add more than 3 slots
There are 6 slots available for premium members.

Frankly speaking, I never use more than one (for /sb). What else could you use it for?
As others have already said, Premiums have 6 slots. If you really need more than 3/6, you can use external keybinders. Thanks for your suggestion.
