1. Added /cruise to set a max speed limit on your car.
2. Completely re-worked the sync framework to be more reliable and accurate.
3. /omclone now clones material text.
4. Upgraded to a different type of database.
5. Major upgrades to AntiCheat.
6. Autoclear no longer clears vehicles in other worlds unless more than 300 vehicles have been spawned.
7. Added /sx that that speedboosts you on a certain axis.
8. Added /toginfo which hides other players info messages.
