The username that got banned is FukaraMDMA.
My apologies for the wrongful ban. I just checked the IP you had written and it's indeed TS3, although the port seemed too close to the ranges that SA-MP servers use (9988).
In order to prevent any other wrongful bans, do not send IP's over chat as that is more than likely to be advertising.
You'll be unbanned as soon as possible as I'm currently not able to do it myself.
