What has the player done? Warned me for no reason at all, I had no attitude, then when I want to argue why he warned me I was kicked. I admit to spamming cause I was bored and wanted to /tdm, but I was warned, I had no attitude he did not have to warn me.

I suppose that he had a reason to warn you. As you said you were spamming, thus giving him a reason to warn you. I don't think that he kicked you, correct me if I'm wrong. I think you got kicked by getting warned 3 times, which he most likely had a reason to do. I'll investigate this. Please provide me your in-game username.
