I cant even /dm anymore on this server because of the ping limit. I haven't played this server for anything other than testing my new priv skins and ENB. Unless somebody was pretending to be me, i 100% guarantee that you guys have nothing against me, such as last time. I would like to see some proof of me, "$way" hacking. I already know nothing is there because like i already said i havent even been playing this server. Or better yet, an account that was hacking with my IP. Would LOVE to see that .

Proof? An owner and two administrators as witnesses. You admitted to it being you, the IP address match, and whatnot, so I don't know why you're trying to lie.

Maybe you didn't hack, but someone using your IP did. We cannot unban you for that reason alone.

Are you implying we just banned you for no random reason, we just went ''oh guys, lets randomly ban Sway and say he's hacking''. You're basically saying we're ''getting mad over a game'' for no reason?

I made an appeal cause i wanted my name the first time. I wasnt even playing this server the date of my ban. I never hacked on this server since my ammo hack ban on TDM.
I'm not sure if i'm being lied to or someone is just pretending to be me. But at the same time I don't know how someone would have my IP. I barely even have a reason to play this server, other than to test mods. I can't /dm.
I personally know that i didn't do any of this shit stated above. Dulcite still seems a little mad about her first fit a few weeks ago.. If i wanted to hack on this server, i'd easily hop on a VPN with a new name with any sort of hacks i'd want, and destroy the server when no admins were on.
Oh well, if you guys decide to keep me banned for something I didn't do, that's on you. But just know, i'll be back.. But this time I probably will be doing what you are stating I've already done. I'm not going to argue and defend myself for something I didn't do. That's all I have to say.

If that wasn't you, you wouldn't be banned now. I banned the player hacking and then he began ban evading, he got banned about 3 more times before he stopped. Then you post an appeal - makes it pretty obvious plus the IPs match.
Even if you decide to ban evade you won't get far since your 800 ping always gives you away.
The thing is, i wasnt banned when i got on yesterday. Once i relogged i was then banned.

I don't see how this changes anything or is helpful to the appeal.

As a result, Dulcite was removed from the staff. What makes you think we're intentionally keeping you banned for no reason? We're interested in more players coming, you know. The reason your IP was banned is because it belonged to a player who was caught hacking by the staff. There is no way for someone to use your account AND IP address UNLESS they have your router password (in case of Wi-Fi) or are using your very PC, AND your MSR account password. You, and you only, are responsible for your Wi-Fi password, your computer and your account. So the ban IS very valid.
But I'm still thinking of coming up with a rule for the staff to have some sort of evidence of players breaking rules. At least I do try to back all my bans up with a sort of a screen or a Fraps video, or talk to other admins to discuss whether a player is hacking.

Proof is required for every ban issued for new admins (such as Dulcite, Razgriz etc) so thats already there. In this case I was the one to ban him like 4 times when he kept ban evading with multiple other admins as witnesses so I don't require to capture any proof.
