Why should you be unbanned?:

I was desynced and I tried to enter the /dm with a Mp5 in my hand, once I shot in the air with my MP5 (Still at San Fierro on my screen) I was prompted with a ban message.

This has been nearly half a year. I'm not changing my story to get unbanned, I'm sticking by it because it's what happened.

I grinded MovieServer for almost a whole months for hours upon hours every day, once again, I don't see why I'd hack a Mp5, especially in DM 1, a DM more suitable for long range battles with a sniper rifle...

I don't hack, nor have I ever hacked before. Just because the system banned me doesn't mean it's accurate, a LOT of weapon hacking systems are very inaccurate and this was very much another case of the weapon hacking system not working correctly.

Once again, there's no way in hell I'll admit to something I didn't do, I never logged on and purposely hacked a fucking Mp5 into a sniper DM... if you guys want to stay super strict and not let me login it's whatever, but I truly didn't hack and this was a big mistake, and I just want to be able to play movieserver again.




This is my reply since u guys archived my ban appeal. BTW u need to be more lenient, u locked it cuz I didn't respond within 13 days, but it took u guys over a month to process my appeal, and 21 days to even acknowledge it.






How can we know for sure you weren't hacking? I've personally never encountered such a bug, even though a lot of people try to get away with mentioning it in their ban appeals. From what I know, the server automatically strips you of weaponry upon joining events. Is it representable? How can I get it for myself?

IDK how it happened, I said that since it happened and I'm still going to say it. Why would I keep a lie going for more than half a year? Why would I appeal after u guys basically ignored my appeal for over a month?

what am I doing in SAMP the last couple of months? I was a lead admin on a RP server, and PD on another. I accumulated 14k kills on Banks DM, and through Banks DM I joined PUB(Pull Up Boys), a SAMP clan. I got NO reason to lie. I seen some players from Banks on the player list before, they can confirm I never cheated a single time during my DMing on Banks DM.  I just want to come back to movieserver cuz it's been a long time and I had a fucking blast playing it.

I've been waiting to be unbanned for over half a year.

Bro then IDK, okay? The exact story is what happened. Deny it, accept it. Can I just get a damn reply? I have been waiting to DM and hotpursuit with mates for over a damn week.

Can my ban be processed yet? It's been like a week, and I've been banned wrongly lol. Trust me, anti-weapon hacks fail all the time, I've seen them fail plenty of times.

Like I said this is what happened idk why it happened however. I understand ur currently trying to get me to admit to hacking but I don't admit to something I didn't do. If u want to keep me banned so be it, but I have a clean game. All I have is an enb, some skins... The only thing I have that's questionable is a txd hack but this isn't a hack more than it is something to give you better light bar, like light posts and cruisers etc.

If you'd like to see what the TxD hack is I'd gladly go link you or something as to where I got it.

If u wish I can also link u my game and such, I promise I wasn't hacking. Obviously, I can't give you any other proof but my word, but I've played the server for days with my mates, and I've seen how good the anti-wep hacks are. I'm not dumb enough to hack a MP5 when I've played and much enjoyed playing the server for over a week now. I'm not sure what happened tbh, I assume I was desynced? This is the only server where I have 100+ ping so I don't know what happened to be honest. I was riding with Hya when she tabbed out. I assumed it was only her so I got out with my Mp5 in hand and did /dm 1 where every1 else was. Once I did that nothing happened. It was really weird so I did /dm 1 4-5 more times, and it wouldn't work. I started to shoot in the air at San Fierro and then that's when the server banned me. This isn't the only situation this kind of thing happened. It happened before this at the spawn, where I had went to /dm 1 but it didn't TP me there. Not only this but I couldn't enter any vehicles nor would any vehicles appear when I spawned them. When I relogged Hya informed me I was still in a /dm according to the server because when I /q'd it said that I rage-quit.

This is the only actual proof I have that you can go off of. Sorry I don't have anything else, but there just isn't anything else to show you, I don't record my gameplay. I can barely run SAMP as it is lol.

And now I'm apparently banned for ban evading. The game let me login so I got on, I assumed I was unbanned. The admin said it was because I had a dynamic IP but I haven't turned my PC off since I got banned so idk why it changed, but if that's held against me... lol.
