By ban evading, you have made your argument NULL AND VOID. If you were to write a ban appeal for the first ban, we wouldn't be having this conversation. We consider ban evasion a harsher offence than a regular ban.

I will not write there because I did not cheat. I'd rather be in a ban, but I will not admit that I am a cheater.

Too bad, since ban evasion is an aggravating circumstance. Since you have no evidence of your ban being an error, I am afraid that it will be difficult for you to prove your case. But go ahead, sir. Perhaps more people will come forward with evidence of the same thing happening to them.

If this somehow helps, here's the whole story with details. I offered you to play chase, but I remembered that I have new crahes that makes you invulnerable (I did not use it as a god mode in dematches, chases, etc.).
I quickly removed the crahes and put the old version (maybe I crookedly installed and therefore a bug occurred). I went into the game and teleported by tag to Ganton and took NITE STICK, DESERT EAGLE, SHOTGUN and entered / hotpursuit. At the end of the timer, I did not teleport to the chase and my weapon was not selected. For the desert eagle and shotgun I was not banned because they give this weapon to hotpursuit. When I picked up the NITE STICK, I was immediately banned for cheating on weapons.
