I am unconvinced it was an accident as the whole reason I was spectating you was because you were reported by another player, and there was another report on you two days before that.

Either way, if you wish to get unbanned you have to follow these guidelines:

If you have been confirmed to have been a hacker or your appeal is otherwise unsolvable, you can still get unbanned by posting a picture. You need to take a piece of paper and write on it "I will not cheat on MSR" 50 times, along with your username and date.

I'll make it short, I joined the /hotpursuit and kept my touch to move forward without knowing that it would unfreeze me and I was banned directly without being warned, in the future I won't touch my touch again before the finished lap time.
