I'm using antivirus/firewall and being carefully for my security. I don't think so someone hacks me and opens cheat in Movie Server. Also no one can connect my computer physically.

But my IP adress isn't static, I'm using dynamic IP adress. Which it means my IP adress will change if I reset my modem. I don't know how it works in foreign countries but static IP adress means extra paid in Turkey. So most of network users have same IP adress in someone from Turkey. Selected from IP pool.

Example: When user A resets its modem, it's IP adress switches to user B's modem.

Again, I'm not a cheater. I don't know why I'm banned.

Dynamic IPs are still not shared, only the range of it is. The account is not range banned.

But I still not cheated in Movie Server, can swear. Also you are saying that I'm banned in April. But I weren't banned.

Why should you be unbanned?: I ever not cheated in my life. I'm just using MovieServer to test my skins and mods without striving to open a local server. I just used jetpack (I think it's a system of server) by typing /jetpack and checked buildings to make new map for my roleplaying server. And left from game. Today, I found myself banned.
