Why should you be unbanned?: I asked my friend to come help me with the video. He opened fire on other players on the server. He had a rapidfire, that I understood later. But we have the same ip adres. Banned him and me. I need access to your server for filming. I did not cheat and was not.

How come you shared an IP? Even if that's the case, how can we be sure he won't get back to hacking once we're done unbanning you if your IP is still the same?

Только сегодня заметил русскоязычного администратора. Так вот, суть в том что провайдер разделил наш город на некие "Сегменты" для удобства контроля и обслуживания пользователей. То бишь в каждом из секторов были у многих пользователей одинаковые IP адресы. И так вышло что у меня и у моего друга они идентичные. Я описал эту причину выше ( Может переводчик что-то исказил, но я старался изложить все как можно более понятней ). Приятелю до вашего сервера нет никакого дела, он просто зашел по моей просьбе, мне нужна была его помощь. Мне нужен доступ к вашему серверу, так как на нем большой функционал в плане мувимейкинга. Надеюсь на ваше понимание.

There is no way that you would have the same IP unless you are using the same router. This sounds like a lame excuse to me. If it wasn't you who got banned, there's nothing we can do for you - it's your friend who has to post a ban appeal.

My friend does not exactly go to this server anymore, since there is nothing to do on it. He is boring in terms of entertainment and only because of his functionality in terms of movie-making. Ip address is really the same, I received a letter from the provider where they confirmed it. If you do not believe me, you can not remove the lock. I'm going to another similar server. It is advisable, of course, to find a compromise.
