Description of bug: At 21.00, 22.00 and 23.00, the weather bugged on default weather, I think this server need to set another weather ID
Any idea how to replicate the bug?:

The weather was intended to be used for the specific time and it is not a bug. The weather's gonna be reset to normal just after Christmas event is unloaded from the server.

Solution? Simply reset your own weather to 0 or 1 for the time being.
