Why should we add this?:I think it is very handy for when using actors, i guess they're mostly used for pictures or for ambient, it makes the area look more vivid and cooler.

Actors can`t drive or sit in the car...
Actors are completely separate from NPCs. They do NOT use player IDs/slots on the server and CANNOT be handled like NPCs. Actors are designed to just stand somewhere, for example cashiers and bartenders.

For that kinda stuff you shoud use npc_record.

About weapons, if you want actor to just hold a gun, then create object /oc.
