While I was having fun on the server, somewhere at 20:53 the funds on the phone account ran out, that is, the connection was cut off. And when I returned back to the server, I was banned.

Well, then your phone is using some sort of shared internet connection that has decided to give you a banned players IP address. I recommend you contact your phone's internet provider and have them fix that.
