Second Server!
Hello there Reloaded Community!
So over the past few weeks you may have heard of the MSR development team (EvilShadeZ and me) working on a second server. This has brought a lot of questions and interest from players and since I'm tired of explaining exactly what we're making over and over again I'll just announce it here.
We're creating a
adventure/roleplay mix set in 16th century.
Wait, what? In SA-MP? How is that possible, you may wonder.
Well long story short, me and Evil have been working on this project a few times before already and it is indeed possible. We've recently have restarted the creation of this project and are making some decent progress. Now let me explain in-depth what the server is, what features it has and how it is different from other servers.

The server, as I already said, is set in 16th century. The game-world is entirely customly mapped. It features one big main island with the main city on it and countless surrounding islands. These other islands can contain anything from small towns to ancient tombs and forts.
You may be wondering how does one travel from one island to another. The server has a naval ship system. Thats right. We have brigs, frigates and even man o' wars. You can sail them, shoot their cannons, go inside of them and you may even be able to upgrade them in the future.

The server focuses a lot on freeroam/adventure. You're not forced to always sit somewhere and roleplay, you can go on a grand adventure in search of treasure if you want to. This is why we've decided to have open-sea PVP - if you're away from the islands, theres no need for a reason to murder someone and take their gold. This promotes pirate roleplay. No seas are safe.

Now, let me list some features that make this server different from others.
- Custom health & combat systemQuoteCustom health system completely eliminates possibility of healthhacks. Custom combat system allows for custom weapons, attacks and learning new attack moves!
- Player-controlled economyQuoteThe economy in the server is completely player-driven. The server has one main stockpile where the goods are stored and can be sold or purchased from for a set price (which may later be changeable by monarchs). Most of the resources earned from jobs go here. Say, if nobody does food-producing jobs the city may go in starvation since there will be lack of food to buy. Of course, everyone can gather their own food and not sell it to the stockpile if they feel like it. Player has several choices when he gains goods, he can sell them to the stockpile, sell them straight to a player or use them for himself. Prince ranges for items may change depending on how the economy changes.
- Custom weaponsQuoteCustom weapons which are completely server sided - no mods or downloads. These weapons include swords, axes, spears, muskets, flintlock pistols, bows and many others.
- TreasuresQuoteMany different treasures can be found on different islands, tombs, old abandoned forts, sunken ships and other points of interest. Treasures can be anything, such as gold or unique, special items/weapons.
- QuestsQuoteOccasionaly, NPCs may offer you to do something for something in return.
- Horses and carriages!QuoteNot going to explain how this is going to work because we're not 100% sure ourselves yet, but we have an idea, so yeah - there will be horses and carriages.
- Fun and engaging jobs!QuoteNot your usual ''drive from one checkpoint to another'' jobs. These jobs will actually require you to do things, say if you're a lumberjack you will actually have to cut the tree down and then further process it. Or, if you're a dock worker you'll actually have to carry the crates from one place to another.

Those are just a few cool features to get your interest, we've many more planned.
The server is currently under development by me, EvilShadeZ, Sellize and MrName. There is no website or game-server yet, but we plan to have those soon so stay tuned.
I would say the server is currently about 10% done (we restarted working about 10 days ago).
