It's either a bug that should go away on it's own, or you're caught in a range-ban. Can you provide some more info, like your past ingame names, when you last played, etc?

As old name I had ZeyZz or Aidwing and I think that the last time that I had co it does 1 week ,

The names you provided have different IPs that are not banned. Your current IP on forums however, is indeed caught in a range-ban from 2016. Its also vastly different than the ones on the accounts you provided. Did you switch internet provider or something?

Anyway, I removed the range-ban, I assume it wasn't you who got banned.
