If you pay close attention to the video, you can see (especially at 0:24) that bullets are coming straight from the well. I'm not even mentioning that he was way to far to even hide in the alleyway to shoot from there, plus I was in complete cover. Checking by the GPS, the mentioned player was too far, thus he shot through the wall.
