There is no way spectating will trigger the anti-cheat, and when you join, your armour  gets reset, so what you're trying to tell me is frankly not true.

Just tested. No such glitch exists.

Not a mistake. Tests were done with and without admins. In both cases, no ban. You had to actually have the armour in the minigame for it to ban you.
