These are autobans issued to ONLINE players, it is physically impossible to get banned while offline. So, either you're lying or you have a dynamic IP which changed to a banned players one.

In such a situation, I have nothing to lie about. I don't even remember if I was in the game at the time. It could be dynamic IP as you said.
