I see you've learnt nothing from your last ban appeal.

We as admins do not have to answer silly questions such as "why would I hack?". That part of the story does not concern us.

It doesn't matter if it was you or your brother, you are responsible for your network/PC. If it was not you who hacked, then the one who did (in this case, your brother(?)) has to post a ban appeal.
