So, basically, a while ago, my GPU's rear fan decided to give up its last bit of life. Only today I noticed that it wasn't working, and it explained why my pc had problems with ENB and other games. So what did I do? I duct taped a fan to the GPU, and funnily enough, it solved all the issues :D

It lowered idle temps by 10°C and made my games not lag! :)

Hahaha! You're right! A bit of duct tape, a fan looted from an old case and you're set! :)
