If you mapped it, you need to /loadmap. If it is somebody else's map, you need them to load it.

Alright, I have only one prison map which is located in flint country.. Here you go some screenshots, i hope you are talking about this map.. Anyway, why are you asking about this map?

Oh that sounds cool. You can't find video because i deleted it so yeah.. Also amm, you can always see all my maps on MSR server, you just need to message me there (if i am online of course) so i can load for example this prison map, to show you. About object IDs, I used a lot of different objects in this map, so it will be pain in the ass to give u all IDs, so it is better to ask for those objects which you can't find.
