Update of 28th June, 2015

1. Added /vwindow (/vwindows) command. Allows to raise vehicle windows up and down.
2. Added three new races, "San Andreas Run", "Super Santos" and "Need for Elegy".
3. Removed the race "Wet Business".
4. Added Premium chat ( @ <text> ).
5. Adjustments to materials.txt file (material search).
6. Added /hitsound (/hs) to work as a hitmarker via sound, indicating when a player has been hit.
7. Bug fixes and script optimizations.
