Update of 15th of August, 2015

1. Lowered prices of some scoreshop items.
2. Added Pootis Launcher in the scoreshop.
3. Fixed bugs relating loops
4. Changed display binds for many things to show client sided binds.
5. Added /givescore for players to be able to give score to other players.
6. Added /racecol and /racemap
7. Races now can load maps.
8. Collision between vehicles can be disabled in the race.
9. Added /ignore to ignore other players.

Update will take an effect after a restart.
