Thanks for the application but you clearly had either a custom handling or a speedhack. I banned you personally.

How comes the Police Ranger accelerates about 3x as quick as an LSPD then?

You didn't come clean in your application, so why should I even think about unbanning you?

Also, why would you (or your friends) even consider posting the same ban appeal multiple times?

You provided a wrong ban id, you cheated in a minigame, and claimed it is a bug. I banned you personally, and you clearly had some sort of speedhack / acceleration hacks. You're not giving me a single reason why I should even consider unbanning you.
