Update of 2nd of July, 2016.

1. Added 510 more player colours. (712 total).
2. Added 510 more chat colours. (710 total)
3. /itele now can be used by the name of the interior. /itele <id/name>
4. Godmode enabled within the spawn area.
5. Disabled rain by default in hot pursuit.
6. Added rain in scoreshop for hot pursuit.
7. Added /spawn to teleport to spawn.
8. Added a 3D text label on the car spawner.
9. Fixed some command messages.
10. Added Visual Modifications under /tune menu
11. Bugfixes and performance improvements.

Update will take an effect after a restart.
