Why should we add this?: Because people can abuse them and you often don't even hit them properly, it's annoying if you see someone skating around like shit while he's shooting you.

Honestly it's harder to use those skins because the delay at the end when you stop moving it takes a second for the characters to stop. I don't think people choose those skins as they are randomly picked if you enter with the CJ skin

Yes but the people using them have the disadvantage of that delay not you.
