I suppose that he had a reason to warn you. As you said you were spamming, thus giving him a reason to warn you. I don't think that he kicked you, correct me if I'm wrong. I think you got kicked by getting warned 3 times, which he most likely had a reason to do. I'll investigate this. Please provide me your in-game username.
