1. Added /rns - Ability to add nos to races as a pickup.
2. Added /rclock - Ability to set ingame time for a race.
3. Added /drns - Delete race nos.
4. Altered saving of the races to accomodate these additions.
5. Fixed pootisgun carepackage.
6. Added /opos.
7. Bug fixes and adjustments.
8. Development of a mysterious side project has begun *wink wink*
